In the event of a warranty claim, please contact the support page of the manufacturer . Start a so-called support ticket there. If Waves comes to the conclusion that there is a hardware defect, the manufacturer will organize the rest.
All unsolicited hardware that is sent in is considered to be a paid repair and will be charged.
